Forged steel ball

The surface of the forged steel ball is of good quality, good impact resistance, strong toughness, good wear resistance, and it is difficult to break and lose roundness. We use the method of forging and stamping, is the temperature of the metal heating until it reaches 1050 degrees (50 degrees C + C), use of metal billets forging machinery pressure, the processing method of plastic deformation in order to obtain a certain mechanical properties, shape and size of forging. There are two kinds of grinding balls: one is rolling steel ball, the steel ball produced by steel mill is hot rolled, and the whole process is automatic control. The hardness of steel ball is uniform, the core hardness is high, the fracture rate is low, and the steel ball impact value is great. The second is forged steel ball, using steel produced round steel cut section, forged with air hammer, and then hardened by the steel ball. Forged steel balls are made of steel rounds produced by steel mills. After cutting, they are forged by air hammers and then hardened. By forging can eliminate the casting defects such as loose metal produced in the smelting process, the microstructure is optimized, and the preservation of the integrity of the metal flow, the mechanical properties of forgings generally better than the same materials of casting. Forged steel ball to wear, we must choose the most wear-resistant materials, or some companies independently developed efficient wear-resistant alloy steel materials. We use the national oversize steel production of steel, is also a kind of material, the quality of steel production from different is unequal, and the forging quality of 80% depends on the quality of the materials, such as high manganese steel, good impact resistance, strong toughness, good wear resistance, not easy to be broken. Forged steel ball because the price is cheap, economic and durable characteristics, favored by the majority of users We ensure that the ball size is uniform and that they have a smooth surface. We ensure that each ball is subject to strict quenching and tempering heat treatment regimes. We ensure uniformity in outer hardness and inner toughness, which gives excellent impact resistance, toughness and durability to the product. Results achieved after inspection indicate that the spherical hardness and volume hardness of the grinding ball meet the standards required in HRC58-65, and that the impact toughness is greater than 15 j/cm2. The drop test is carried out more than 10000 times, while the actual crushing rate is lower than 1%.
